Cover Story: The proposed graphical abstract contains graphic representations of chosen chemical structures used in the article, namely, one ligand molecule (Lig1) and two structural isomers of 360 cube rhombellane (a, b forms). The presented nanocarriers are examples of significant structural diversity caused by changes in symmetry of internal cores of these two nanosystems. The different mutual orientation of benzene and cyclohexane rings causes the structural change of the molecular core, which also contributes to the change of the topology of external shell of considered molecules. As a measure of the differences in the quality of binding properties for individual isomers, I used the equilibrium constant for the formation of complexes presented in the form of a graph. The presented data clearly show the significant differences observed for these two structural isomers. View this paper.
