If you would like to add an email to your account, please go to the Manage Accounts tab within your profile, where you can add as many emails as you would like. By selecting “Set as Primary Email”, you are then able to choose the default email for this account.

Please note that if you would like to delete any emails, you will unfortunately lose your entire submission history with MDPI. Therefore, we would advise you to either keep all emails within your account, or have an email inactivated within our system, so that all MDPI emails are sent out to your primary address only.

If you have forgotten your password, please ensure you've completed the following steps - go to Recover Password: and enter your email address that is linked with your SUSY account. If you enter an email address that isn't linked with the SUSY account, you will not receive the link.

Please note that the email may take up to 5-10 minutes to arrive, and may appear within your junk/spam email. Please do not request another link while waiting. After 30 minutes, if you still haven't received the link, you may try again, and if you still haven't received a link, please let us know so that we may investigate the problem.
