2022 December-2 - 397 articles

Cover Story: The National Observatory of Athens in Greece, contributing to the energy transition of the small islands of the Aegean Sea, is planning the energy autonomy for the island of Antikythera. With the European Climate Change Observatory called PANGEA as a springboard, a series of scenarios for the installation of solar power plants were studied. The ultimate goal is, together with the research activity of PANGEA, to drastically reduce the average cost of electricity production, which is currently the highest in the European Union.
