2022 March - 17 articles

Cover Story: The elemental composition is an excellent data source to understand some oenological practices and quality aspects of musts, wines, and sparkling wines. The concentrations of elements such as K, Cu, Ca, S, and Mg, determined by atomic spectroscopies, demonstrate interesting patterns dealing with the vinification stages and product qualities. Chemometric methods for data analysis seem to be essential to extract the underlying information. View this paper
