Nobel Prize in Chemistry — The Science Behind the Prize
Each year, the Nobel Prizes shine a spotlight on discoveries and ideas that have reshaped how we understand the world and ourselves. The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2025 has been awarded to Susumu Kitagawa, Richard Robson and Omar M. Yaghi for the development of metal–organic frameworks.
At MDPI, we are proud to have been entrusted over the years with the distribution of works by more than 40 Nobel laureates. Omar M. Yaghi (Nobel Prize in Chemistry, University of California, Berkeley, USA) has published research in the MDPI journal Molecules, together with two colleagues from the University of California, Berkeley.
