The 8th Mechanical Engineering, Science, and Technology Conference (MEST 2024) is hosted by the Institute of Strategic Science and Technology (ITSaT), Universiti Muhammadiyah Malaysia (UMAM), which is jointly organized by Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS). MEST 2024 encompasses papers within the realm of mechanical engineering; service and product design; manufacturing, computational, material, data sciences; digital transformation; architecture technology; and related interdisciplinary domains. The theme of this conference is Creating Limitless Opportunities, Shaping Futures Together, which has successfully brought together experts, academicians, and scholars to discuss their expertise for better research collaborations. The hybrid conference serves as a platform for scholarly exchange through 102 accepted papers from seven countries.
