Cover Story: The XXXIII Electrical and Electronic Engineering Conference (JIEE 2025) was organized by the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the National Polytechnic School, Ecuador, from 11 to 14 November 2025. This edition focused on enhancing innovation and technological development, fostering an environment of learning and networking. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, the program aimed to inspire, update knowledge, and open new opportunities for collaboration. The conference topics included electric power, renewable energy systems, mobile and web applications, robotics and automation systems, embedded applications, software development, etc.
