1. Introduction

1.1. Conference Information

The XXXIII Electrical and Electronic Engineering Conference (XXXIII JIEE-2025) is an annual scientific and academic event organized by the Facultad de Ingeniería Eléctrica y Electrónica (FIEE) of the Escuela Politécnica Nacional (EPN), Quito, Ecuador. The conference brings together students, faculty members, researchers, and industry professionals to disseminate graduation projects, curricular integration initiatives, research advancements, community engagement activities, and peer-reviewed scientific contributions.

The JIEE serves as a comprehensive forum that promotes the exchange of knowledge and professional experiences across diverse engineering disciplines. In submitting the conference proceedings to Engineering Proceedings, the volume editors of the proceedings certify to the publisher that all papers published in this volume have been subjected to peer review administered by the volume editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal.

5. Peer Review Criteria and Process

The review process was conducted in a single-blind manner, with the entire procedure administered through the MDPI Submission System. Based on their feedback, revisions were made to each article, encompassing thorough examinations of the structure, content, and writing.
