Cover Story: This study gives voice to young Black men navigating sexual and reproductive health during the college years. Through interviews with Black heterosexual men at an HBCU, it examines how sexual health knowledge, masculinity, relationships, STI risk, condom use, and future fatherhood shape decision-making. Participants described learning from both formal and informal sources, balancing social expectations with personal values, and viewing pregnancy prevention as an important responsibility. This study highlights the importance of engaging young Black men as active partners in reproductive health through culturally responsive, stigma-sensitive education and support. View this paper
