As the premier francophone academic event dedicated to nutrition science and practice, the regional nutrition teams have developed this program in collaboration with the administrative and scientific committees of the SFN and the SFNCM to offer a diverse range of topics and excellent guest speakers. The conference covers a wide range of themes, including the impacts of obesity, the microbiome, novel foods, and social inequalities on healthy eating. It provides a prominent platform for knowledge exchange, scientific discussion, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the dissemination of cutting-edge advances across all fields of nutrition.
