Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a highly heterogeneous hematologic malignancy. Advances in molecular genetics and next-generation technologies have improved diagnosis, risk stratification, and prognosis, yet relapse remains high due to the emergence of treatment resistance.

This Special Issue delves into the rapidly evolving AML treatment landscape, highlighting frontline chemotherapy, precision-targeted therapies, and cutting-edge immunotherapies, with a focus on molecular vulnerabilities, patient-specific factors, and disease stage, offering a roadmap for future therapeutic interventions.
