We are pleased to announce that Current Oncology is now inviting nominations for the Current Oncology 2021 Young Investigator Award. This award will be given to one young investigator in recognition of her/his excellence in the field of clinical oncology. All nominations will be assessed by an Evaluation Committee led by Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Sharlene Gill.
− CHF 2000 (Swiss francs);
− Option to publish one paper free of charge in Current Oncology after peer review before 31 December 2022.
Eligibility and Requirements:
− Have completed oncology training and/or received their PhD no more than 10 years prior to 31 December 2021;
− Must have achieved notable recognition, publications in peer-reviewed journals and a research contribution that has meaningfully advanced the field of clinical oncology;
− Candidates must be nominated by 2 senior scientists/researchers;
List of Documents for Nomination:
–Detailed curriculum vitae, including an updated publication list and a list of the researcher’s own research grants;
− Scanned copy of doctorate certificate;
− Signed nomination letters from two established senior scientists (at least one must be at professor or clinical professor rank).
