2026 June - 28 articles

Cover Story: We conducted a 10-year retrospective analysis (2012–2021) of patients aged ≥16 years presenting with indoor climbing-related injuries to a Swiss level 1 emergency department. Cases were identified using predefined keywords in the E-care and Qualicare databases. Demographics, injury mechanisms and patterns, Injury Severity Score (ISS), UIAA MedCom Score, treatment strategies, and clinical outcomes were analysed. A multivariable logistic regression model was applied to explore factors associated with higher injury severity. View this paper
