The EURAM 2026 conference focuses on a wide range of research on strategies that enable organizations to effectively operate in times of uncertainty. It will explore key areas such as organizational resilience, paradox management, agility, risk management, and innovative business models, examining how management scholarship can address complexity through innovative theories, methodologies, and practical applications. The conference will serve as a global meeting place, bringing together more than 2,000 academics and practitioners—including professors, PhD students and assistants, and practitioners—from around the world.
