Dear Colleagues,
This Special Issue aims to explore the current landscape and future directions in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of urologic cancers, including prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular malignancies. Advances in imaging, biomarkers, genomic profiling, and artificial intelligence are transforming early detection and risk stratification, enabling more precise and individualized approaches to care. Yet, significant challenges remain in integrating these innovations into routine clinical practice, especially in diverse healthcare settings.
We welcome original research, reviews, and clinical guidelines that address novel diagnostic techniques, prognostic models, and clinical decision-making tools. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, liquid biopsies, radiogenomics, molecular risk classifiers, nomograms, and machine learning applications. Submissions focusing on validation of diagnostic/prognostic tools in real-world settings, comparative effectiveness, and impact on patient outcomes are especially encouraged.
The goal of this Special Issue is to provide a comprehensive overview of the evolving tools shaping the future of urologic oncology and to foster discussion on how these tools can be optimized and implemented to improve clinical outcomes. Multidisciplinary perspectives that integrate urology, oncology, radiology, pathology, and data science are highly valued.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Diagnostics is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
