Special Issue Information
The skin structure is complex, with the integration of various components. Mutation in one of these components can interrupt the whole organization, leading to various cutaneous abnormalities. In recent years, the genetic basis of many skin diseases has been elucidated using various genetic techniques. In this context, the editors of Cells have set up a Special Issue dedicated to the genetics of skin and the role of its changes in various cutaneous disorders.
