The focus areas include micro- and nanoscale biosensor development, microfluidics, wearable and skin-based biosensors, devices for improving sample preparation and handling, and biomarker discovery. This Section covers all types of healthcare settings, including biosensors for clinical, home-based, self-testing, and point-of-care settings. All types of chronic and infectious diseases are of interest.
