Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Endometriosis is a chronic, multifactorial condition that continues to present significant challenges in timely diagnosis, individualized treatment, and long-term management. Despite substantial progress in imaging, biomarkers, and minimally invasive surgical techniques, many patients still experience diagnostic delays, persistent symptoms, and variable responses to therapy. This Special Issue aims to highlight recent advances across the full clinical spectrum of endometriosis, including early detection strategies, novel pharmacological and surgical approaches, fertility implications, and the broader impact on quality of life. By bringing together high-quality clinical studies, translational research, and comprehensive reviews, the issue seeks to foster a deeper understanding of disease mechanisms and identify pathways toward more effective, patient-centered care.
