Cover Story: Today’s complex business problems demand robust decision support. In this paper, we systematically review how Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, such as AHP, TOPSIS, fuzzy logic, and ANP, enhance Management Information Systems for both strategic and operational decision-making. By analyzing 40 peer-reviewed studies, we categorize MCDM applications, map method strengths to specific MIS tasks, and offer theoretical guidance for selecting suitable techniques.
