Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Nutritional supplements are widely used by athletes to enhance performance, recovery, and overall health. Common supplements such as protein, creatine, caffeine, and beta-alanine have been shown to improve strength, endurance, and muscle recovery. For instance, creatine boosts high-intensity performance, while caffeine enhances focus and stamina. Protein supplements aid in muscle repair, and beta-alanine reduces exercise-induced fatigue. However, the efficacy of supplements varies based on individual factors such as diet, training intensity, and genetics. While some supplements are backed by scientific evidence, others lack rigorous research or may pose health risks if misused. Proper dosage, timing, and quality are critical in maximizing benefits and minimizing adverse effects. Athletes should prioritize a balanced diet and consult healthcare professionals before incorporating supplements to ensure safety and effectiveness.

I would like to invite all researchers to submit papers relating to the abovementioned issues, with a particular emphasis on innovative research analyzing the impacts of innovative diets and pro-health supplements in improving performance and health parameters.
