Young Investigator Award
The Nanomaterials Young Investigator Award was established in 2018 to acknowledge the achievements of young investigators in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology. Nominations are accepted from February through December each year, with the winners notified by the end of February the following year.
The Prize:
– One first prize: CHF 2000 (Swiss Francs);
– Second prize (x 2): CHF 800 (Swiss Francs);
– An electronic certificate;
– A voucher to cover applicable article processing fees (valid for one year).

Eligibility and Requirements
–The nominee must have received their PhD no more than 10 years prior to 31 December 2024;
–The nominee must have produced ground-breaking research and made a significant contribution to the advancement of sustainability and sustainable development;
–Nominees must be nominated by senior scientists.
List of Documents for Application
–Detailed curriculum vitae, including an updated publication list and a list of the researcher’s own research grants;
–A scanned copy of the nominee’s doctorate certificate;
–Signed nomination letters from two established senior scientists.
