Colloidal Systems

The following Section is dedicated to manuscripts addressing dispersed systems such as emulsions, foams, suspensions, gels, and other structured colloidal systems. We encourage the submission of both theoretical and experimental studies that advance the understanding of the formation, stability, dynamic behavior, rheology, and functional properties of colloidal and dispersed systems. Although closely connected to interfacial phenomena, self-assembly, multiphase flow, and various applications, this Section primarily emphasizes the colloidal and dispersed nature of these systems, in addition to the fundamental relationships between microscopic structure and interactions and macroscopic properties.
