There are various types of applications for colloidal systems such as in cosmetics, pharmacy, food technology, and many technologies in which interfaces play a pivot role. This Section of our journal is dedicated to manuscripts dealing with such practical works.

This Section is dedicated to all manuscripts dealing with dispersions, emulsions and foams, and other structured colloidal systems. It includes, for example, particles and their modification for the design of disperse systems like Pickering foams and emulsions.

This Section is dedicated to studies of the flow behavior of single liquids or of several fluids in the absence or the presence of added surface-active or not-surface-active compounds.

All types of interfaces between different phases are considered in this Section. The main aim is to publish manuscripts on investigations of the modification of the properties of these interfaces by theoretical approaches or by various types of experiments.

The Section on self-assembling phenomena seeks manuscripts describing (theoretically as well as experimentally) the processes of aggregate or structure formations at interfaces or in bulk phases.
