Epigenetic and Post-Translational Regulations of Cancer Cell Fate: Metabolism, Plasticity, and Therapeutics

Dear Colleagues,

Epigenetic regulation and post-translational modifications (PTMs) play critical roles in determining cancer cell fate by dynamically modulating gene expression, protein activity, and signaling pathways. Recent advances have revealed that metabolic reprogramming and cellular plasticity are closely intertwined with epigenetic and PTM-mediated regulatory networks, influencing tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic response.

This Special Issue aims to highlight recent progress in understanding how epigenetic mechanisms and PTMs regulate cancer cell metabolism, plasticity, and signaling pathways, as well as their implications for cancer therapy. We welcome original research articles and comprehensive reviews addressing molecular mechanisms, novel regulatory pathways, and therapeutic strategies targeting epigenetic and PTM-dependent processes in cancer.
