Pest and Disease Management
A section of Agronomy (ISSN 2073-4395).
Section Information
The Pest and Disease Management Crops section publishes original research papers, reviews, mini-reviews, perspectives, and methodology articles related to pest and disease biology, ecology and control in all types of field crops and orchards, at the pre-harvest and post-harvest stages of all agricultural commodities. In this context, this section emphasizes pest- or disease-related problems that are associated with quantitative losses and qualitative degradations in agriculture, ranging from ecological aspects in key biology attributes, chemical/non-chemical control methods, genetics, quality preservation techniques and identification to socio-economic surveillances and regulatory attributes. We thus welcome high-class submissions on the above topics, covering either basic or applied research.
The section “Pest and Disease Management” welcomes papers that can be classified into one of the following categories:
- Research articles
- Review articles
- Mini-review articles
- Perspective/opinion articles
