Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The field of dental prosthetics is undergoing a rapid transformation, driven by innovations in digital technologies and clinical protocols. This Special Issue, “Advances in Dental Prosthetics”, will bring together cutting-edge research articles and comprehensive reviews that highlight recent progress and future directions in the design, fabrication, and clinical application of prosthetic solutions. Topics of interest include digital workflows such as CAD/CAM and 3D/4D printing, the integration of artificial intelligence into prosthetic planning, esthetics, and long-term biocompatibility. A particular emphasis will be placed on patient-centered outcomes, including enhanced comfort, durability, and individualized treatment approaches. Contributions could also explore advances in implant-supported restorations, full-arch rehabilitations, or minimally invasive techniques to expand treatment possibilities. By bridging clinical practice and technological innovation, this Special Issue will provide a platform for researchers, clinicians, and industry experts to share insights to shape the future of prosthodontics. Our aim is to foster a deeper understanding of how emerging tools can be translated into daily practice, ultimately improving patient care and quality of life.
