Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

After years of rapid evolution and transformation in the field of healthcare, it is with great anticipation and enthusiasm that we announce the 1st International Online Conference on Healthcare (IOCH 2026)The Future of Healthcare—Innovations and Trends, to be held virtually from 25 to 26 March 2026.

The IOCH 2026 emerges as a timely and vital platform for advancing scholarly dialog, interdisciplinary collaboration, and translational insight in an era where healthcare systems worldwide are grappling with complex demands, ranging from aging populations and technological disruptions to equity gaps and resource constraints. This inaugural conference seeks to illuminate the frontiers of healthcare innovation while critically reflecting on the practical, ethical, and organizational challenges that shape its trajectory.

Our thematic focus will center on some of the most dynamic and transformative developments in the field today, including digital health, patient engagement, integrated care models, data stewardship, and artificial intelligence in clinical practice. Through rigorous inquiry and open dialog, the IOCH 2026 will provide a space to not only share evidence-based advancements but also to reimagine the principles and practices underpinning the delivery of compassionate, effective, and future-ready healthcare.

We invite scholars, practitioners, policymakers, technologists, and change-makers from across the globe to contribute their knowledge and engage in deep, meaningful discussions related to the following conferences streams:

  • Digital Health Adoption and Innovation;
  • Patient-Centered Care;
  • Connected Care;
  • Clinical Data Management;
  • Generative AI in Clinical Practice.

All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the conference committee, and accepted abstracts will be published online in open access format on Sciforum.net, ensuring visibility and accessibility during and after the event. In addition, selected high-quality contributions will be invited to submit full papers for publication in the Healthcare journal (ISSN 2227-9032, Impact Factor: 2.7), with an exclusive 20% discount on the article processing charge for IOCH 2026 participants.

We are confident that IOCH 2026 will spark critical insights and foster connections that endure well beyond the event. We look forward to your participation in what promises to be an inspiring and impactful gathering at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
