Electronics adopted a monthly publication schedule.

2019 Semiconductors and Quantum was devided into Semiconductor Devices and Quantum Electronics.
Electronics announced the first edition of the Young Investigators award.
2020 Electronics established the following sections:

Electronics held the 1st International Electronic Conference—Futuristic Applications on Electronics.
Electronics announced the first edition of the Best Paper award.
Electronics became an affiliated journal of the Society Polish Society of Applied Electromagnetics (PTZE).
2021 Electronics has adopted a semimonthly publication schedule.
Electronics has published its 5,000th paper.
Electronics has announced the first edition of the Best Ph.D. Thesis Award.
