Electronics is divided into eleven topical sections: Microelectronics and Optoelectronics, Power Electronics, Bioelectronics, Microwave and Wireless Communications, Computer Sciences & Engineering, Networks, Systems & Control Engineering, Circuit and Signal Processing, Semiconductors and Quantum, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical and Autonomous Vehicles.

2019 Electronics publishes its 2,000th paper.
Electronics receives the Impace Factor 2018 of 1.764 (154/265 (Q3) in 'Engineering, Electrical & Electronic').
Electronics receives the CiteScore 2018 of 2.49.
Electronics divided Semiconductors and Quantum Section into Semiconductor Devices Section and Quantum Electronics Section. Now there are twelve sections within the scope of the journal.
