The Section Pediatric Orthopedics & Sports Medicine accepts articles related to all aspects of children’s orthopedics, including congenital, developmental, and acquired pediatric deformities and deficiencies of the limbs and spine; neuromuscular, metabolic, dysplastic, developmental, post-traumatic, sports-related, infection and inflammatory-related, hematologic-related, benign and malignant tumors and miscellaneous other problems in children; pediatric musculoskeletal basic science growth and development; etc. We encourage the submission of all levels of evidence-based scientific articles as well as expert opinion review articles. Our peer review process has one of the fastest, most efficient review-to-publication online response times. Children also boasts the highest impact factor 2.078 compared to better-known pediatric orthopedic journals.
