Cover Story: Heterostructured Ag(Au)/MoS2-TiO2 inverse opal photoanodes were fabricated via a co-assembly approach, enabling the simultaneous incorporation of plasmonic metal nanoparticles and MoS2 nanosheets into a highly ordered, porous TiO2 photonic structure that acts as an efficient visible-light-responsive photoelectrocatalyst for tetracycline degradation. This work highlights the potential of integrating photonic, plasmonic, and charge transfer amplification effects into a unified nanostructure for advanced water treatment applications and provides a route for designing multifunctional photocatalysts responsive to visible light. View this paper
