Cover Story (view full-size image):
Finite Unified Theories (FUTs) are $N=1$ supersymmetric grand unified theories that can be made finite to all orders in perturbation theory, based on the principle of the reduction of couplings. FUTs correctly predicted the mass of the top and bottom quarks as well as the standard model-like Higgs Boson. This is naturally realized using a heavy SUSY spectrum that escapes current and future LHC searches. Higher-energy $pp$ such as the FCC-hh will be able to test this model. View this paper
