Trustworthy Intelligent Connected Vehicles: Security, Privacy, and Trustworthy AI
Topic Information
Dear Colleagues,
Intelligent Connected Vehicles (ICVs) are rapidly evolving into complex cyber–physical intelligent systems that integrate advanced sensing, connectivity, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. As vehicles become increasingly autonomous and interconnected, establishing trustworthy ICVs has emerged as a fundamental requirement for ensuring safe, secure, privacy-preserving, reliable, and accountable intelligent mobility.
This Topic will bring together recent advances in the foundations, enabling technologies, and applications of trustworthy ICVs. We welcome research addressing trustworthiness throughout the vehicle lifecycle and across perception, communication, computation, decision-making, and data sharing. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, secure and privacy-preserving vehicular systems, trustworthy and robust AI, secure V2X and in-vehicle networks, trustworthy federated and collaborative learning, data security and provenance, explainable and verifiable decision-making, cryptographic and post-quantum security mechanisms, intrusion and anomaly detection, automotive digital forensics, and accountability.
We particularly encourage interdisciplinary research that integrates security, privacy, safety, robustness, explainability, and accountability for the development of trustworthy intelligent connected vehicles.
