Meet Us at the 12th International Conference on Polyphenols and Health (ICPH 2026) and the 9th International Conference on Food Factors (ICoFF 2026), 13–17 October 2026, Yokohama, Japan
We are pleased to announce that MDPI will be participating as an exhibitor at the ICPH & ICoFF 2026 Joint Conference, which will be held from 13 to 17 October 2026 at PACIFICO Yokohama North and other locations in Yokohama, Japan.
This joint meeting combines the 12th International Conference on Polyphenols and Health (ICPH 2026) and the 9th International Conference on Food Factors (ICoFF 2026), bringing together researchers from food science, medicine, and pharmaceutical sciences to discuss the latest advances in the bio-regulatory functions of food factors and the health-promoting properties of polyphenols. The conference theme is “Food Augmentation: Function, Sensory, and Experience”, reflecting the goal of exploring the full potential of food in terms of its biological function, sensory properties, and role in enhancing the overall human experience.
The event follows the highly successful 2019 joint conference in Kobe, Japan, which brought together more than 1,600 researchers from over 40 countries. The 2026 edition will feature a diverse program of plenary lectures, invited speakers, poster sessions, and networking opportunities for both emerging and established researchers.
