Editor of Distinction Award
The success and strong reputation of Metals are in large part due to the dedication of its Editorial Board Members. The Editorial Office sincerely appreciates the hard work and commitment of our editors. The Metals Editor of Distinction Award is given annually to acknowledge Editorial Board Members’ exceptional contributions to maintaining the journal’s high international standards. The award honors two Editorial Board Members each year, and winners are announced by the end of April next year.
The Prize:
– CHF 600;
– An electronic certificate.

Eligibility for the Award:
– All Editorial Board Members are eligible, excluding the EiC and Section EiCs;
– Contributions made in 2026 qualify EBMs for the award.
