Dear Colleagues,
Building upon the success of the preceding two volumes, we are pleased to announce the launch of the third volume of this Special Issue Applications of Partial Differential Equations in Mathematical Physics, 3rd Edition. Partial differential equations in mathematical physics continue to provide a robust framework for original research in applied mathematics and the physical sciences, facilitating the solution of boundary value problems through a diverse array of analytical and numerical methodologies.
This volume invites contributions from experts working on analytical and semi-analytical techniques, with applications encompassing fluid dynamics, scattering theory, electromagnetism, bioelectromagnetics, elastic wave propagation, mathematical oncology, and plasma physics. We also encourage submissions emphasizing numerical methods, provided that analytical techniques are incorporated at relevant stages of the solution procedure.
We look forward to receiving your valuable contributions and to continuing the academic dialogue fostered in the previous volumes.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-anonymized peer-review process. Mathematics is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
