Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Physical activity is understood from different perspectives, sport, exercise and physical activity. However, physical abilities are developed from basic education, through physical education. In this Special Issue, we can find different psycho-pedagogical variables that are promoted during physical activities as promoters of mental health and adherence to physical rehabilitation.

We will accept manuscripts from different disciplines that include psycho-pedagogical variables:

  • Evaluation of psycho-pedagogical variables in contexts of physical activity and/or in the process of physical rehabilitation, as predictors of well-being.
  • Psychological intervention programs during physical rehabilitation.
  • Physical and psychological intervention programs in psychiatric patients.
  • Physical education and/or sport as a promoter of mental health in basic education (elementary and high school).
  • Emotional intelligence and values in sport and physical rehabilitation.
  • Comparison between genders of psycho-pedagogical variables in different contexts of physical activity and/or in the process of physical rehabilitation.
