The section of Fermentation aims to rapidly publish contributions on all aspects of Applied Industrial Fermentation Processes. We encourage the submission of manuscripts that provide current novel insights and papers that report significant advances in the field. Topics include but are not limited to:

- Fermentation for production of biofuels;
