Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Mental health conditions can significantly impact physiological responses, health risks, and neuroscientific findings. Developing research has broadened understanding of how mental health difficulties such as trauma/PTSD, depression, and anxiety (among other conditions) may affect health status and physiological and neurological processes. This Special Issue will highlight innovative findings related to the health consequences of mental health conditions and provide a wide cross-section of research for a multidisciplinary audience. Studies with translational relevance are of special interest given the need for interventions to address the range of health consequences that stem from long-term mental health symptoms.
