Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in Future Cities and Smart Living Applications
This special issue belongs to the section “Computing and Artificial Intelligence“.
Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
The term “Smart Living” references a hassle free life, i.e., living in a comfortable city. The basic idea of smart living is not only confined to the use of existing resources in a “Smarter” way, but also means the development of new means to improve the quality of living in a city, such as ICT-enhanced governance and carrying out measures to determine appropriate community services. This can be accomplished through an intelligent decision-making system using computational intelligence-based tools and techniques.
In order to attain a superior lifestyle which is more comfortable and cost-effective, the areas given attention must include healthcare, education, medicine, the environment, waste administration and resource managements, agriculture, mobility, smart transportation, risk management, security, and many others.
Date science and artificial intelligence are the most powerful tools to attain and sustain futuristic smart living.
This Special Issue is dedicated to novel insights and applications of “Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in Future Cities and Smart Living Applications”.
Subjects that will be discussed in this Special Issue will focus not only on new tools, methods and technologies, but also all other perspectives that can make living smarter in all aspects.
