2026 February - 21 articles

Cover Story: This study examines how the European Union, EEA, and UK governments report on sport within their commitment under the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD). By analysing 31 States Parties reports, the paper identifies key themes in how countries address inclusive sport, ranging from policy commitments and funding to the role of dedicated organisations and the use of assistive technologies. The findings highlight uneven implementation across countries and underscore the need for stronger, more consistent approaches to ensuring equal participation in sport for persons with disabilities. View this paper
