Cover Story: Mental health system responsiveness (MHSR) is an important indicator in measuring the performance of mental health systems. This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate MHSR during the COVID-19 pandemic from the perspective of people with pre-existing psychiatric disorders in Iran. The results of this study showed that MHSR in Iran during the COVID-19 pandemic in the subscales of autonomy, prompt attention, and clear communication were in the worst state and the subscale of confidentially was in a good state.
