Cover Story: Today’s complex business problems demand robust decision support. In this paper, we systematically review how Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, such as AHP, TOPSIS, fuzzy logic, and ANP, enhance Management Information Systems for both strategic and operational decision-making. By analyzing 40 peer-reviewed studies, we categorize MCDM applications, map method strengths to specific MIS tasks, and offer theoretical guidance for selecting suitable techniques. These insights will aid scholars and practitioners in harnessing MCDM to improve data-driven, transparent decisions in dynamic organizational environments. View this paper
