Travel Award
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the winner of the Sensors 2021 Travel Award in Remote Sensors.
The Evaluation Committee was very impressed with the high quality of work presented for consideration. After careful evaluation, we can now announce that the award has been granted to Ms. Ana Novo, a Ph.D. student from the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Engineering, School of Mining Engineering, University of Vigo. Her research focuses on Computing in Mathematics, Natural Science, Engineering and Algorithms.
Ms. Ana Novo will receive 500 Swiss Francs, which she can put forth to attend academic conferences in 2021.
We would like to thank all the applicants for submitting their diverse and fascinating range of research topics. On behalf of the Assessment Committee, I congratulate the winner on her outstanding accomplishments.

– Curriculum Vitae and list of publications;
– Justification letter describing the focus of the research (max. 800 words);
– Letter of recommendation from the supervisor, research director, or department head, which also confirms the applicant’s status.
