MDPI’s Journal Cluster of Chemical Reactions and Catalysis

Chemical reactions and catalysis is a fundamental and dynamic field focused on understanding the mechanisms, kinetics, and applications of chemical transformations. This discipline explores how reactants interact to form products, the role of catalysts in accelerating and controlling these processes, and the design of efficient and sustainable reaction pathways. Researchers in this field integrate principles from chemistry, physics, materials science, and engineering to uncover new reactions, optimize catalytic systems, and develop innovative solutions for energy, pharmaceuticals, and industrial processes.
