Advances in Carbon and Nanomaterials

Dear Colleagues,

The present Special Issue is devoted to new production methods, the investigation of physical and chemical properties, and the applied usage of carbon nanoparticles and nanomaterials. Attention from the research community to this subject continues to increase with time, which is caused by the extraordinary physical and chemical characteristics of nanocarbon and the wide prospects of its applied usage in science and technologies. The content of this Special Issue includes recent advances in technologies of preparations of carbon nanotubes and graphene, elaborating approaches to study characteristics of nanocarbon and developing new methods for its applied usage. Special attention is paid to nanocarbon-doped composites with enhanced electric and thermal conductivity. We hope that the content of the present Special Issue will stimulate the continuous evolution of the field related to the production, investigation and applied usage of nanocarbon.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Physchem is an international peer-reviewed open access quarterly journal published by MDPI.
