The Special Issue, entitled “DevOps and Its Role in Software Engineering”, explores the transformative impact of DevOps practices on the field of software engineering. This Special Issue examines the multifaceted role of DevOps, highlighting its potential to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and automation in software development processes.
In addition to examining the multifaceted role of DevOps, this Special Issue places particular emphasis on the integration of empirical research to deepen our understanding of DevOps practices. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Information is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
