Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The field of fertility preservation is in constant evolution and the number of indications to preserve fertility continues to increase over time. Clinical and basic science researchers are pushing the limits working on the development of more efficient tools to optimize the diagnosis of fertility alteration and to improve fertility preservation. From a medical perspective, diagnosing ovarian failure and testicular function, optimizing future fertility, reducing the risk of gonadotoxicity and preventing the loss of ovarian reserve are all important objectives of those involved in this field.

We are pleased to invite you to submit your work to this Special Issue that aims at discussing the new advances in the field of the diagnosis of fertility alteration and fertility preservation over the past few years. This Special Issue will focus on different aspects, including clinical protocols as well as laboratory techniques proposed to improve all aspects of fertility preservation for both men and women. This Special Issue will give readers an overview of the novelties in fertility preservation and what is to be expected in the near future.

We look forward to receiving your submissions and contributions to this Special Issue.

  • Greater discoverability: Special Issues support the reach and impact of scientific research. Articles in Special Issues are more discoverable and cited more frequently.
  • Expansion of research network: Special Issues facilitate connections among authors, fostering scientific collaborations.
  • External promotion: Articles in Special Issues are often promoted through the journal's social media, increasing their visibility.
  • e-Book format: Special Issues with more than 10 articles can be published as dedicated e-books, ensuring wide and rapid dissemination.
