Advances in Precision Diagnostics and Personalized Therapeutics for Prostate Cancer

Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue will highlight state-of-the-art advances in prostate cancer, from precision diagnostics to personalized treatment. We welcome original research articles and authoritative reviews exploring screening and risk stratification, imaging and biomarkers (including molecular and AI-assisted approaches), pathology and genomics, and clinical decision tools. Therapeutic topics of interest include surgery, radiotherapy, systemic therapy (hormonal therapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radioligand therapy, and immunotherapy), and focal therapies, as well as treatment sequencing, real-world outcomes, and the management of adverse events. Submissions addressing diverse patient populations and translational innovations are especially encouraged.

Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 250 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for assessment.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Cancers is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
