Cover Story: The Forum on Translational Immunology and Cancer Immunotherapy (FIT Cancer) is an annual forum uniquely focusing on cancer immunotherapy, organized by the Spanish Group for Cancer Immuno-Biotherapies. This volume presents the outputs of the 2024 and 2025 editions. The Forum covers topics including cell-based immunotherapies, novel therapeutic targets and strategies, and clinical scenarios and potential biomarkers. It provides a platform bringing together clinicians and researchers, with expertise in the field of cancer immunology and immunotherapy, to share advancements in the field.
