Cover Story: The fourth edition of the International Conference on Communications, Information, Electronic and Energy Systems (CIEES 2023) was held in a hybrid format in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, from 23 to 25 November 2023.
The CIEES 2023 Conference was the premier international venue focused on understanding the current state and the evolution of the science through the lens of telecommunication, information technologies and artificial intelligence, power system and smart cities, energy and renewable sources, automotive and industrial engineering, smart telecommunications, industry and services, electronics, power electronics, EMC and many other disciplines. It is a place where researchers, academics, people in industry, students and the like present and discuss progress in research, development, standards, and applications from the related research fields.
